We simply ask that you give it a proper try. Most pets begin to show visible improvements within 90 days of consistent use. If, after that time, you're not seeing the difference, just reach out.

To request a refund, email us at support@mrwrinkles.com and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll refund your first purchase in full—no return required.

Note: If you purchased multiples of the same item, only one is eligible under the Happy Paws Promise. Additional items must be returned in accordance with our return and exchange policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return any regular priced product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and have proof of purchase.  You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanging an item is best completed by first returning the item for a refund then reordering the new item you need.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds

Once approved, Happy Paws Promise refunds are automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Policy not valid for purchases from other stores or online markets

This above policies are only available to to customers who purchase directly from this Mr Wrinkles company store on Shopify.  If you purchased one of our products from a different online store or marketplaces such as Amazon, the returns policies of those stores may differ from the policies of this Mr Wrinkles store, if policies differ, the policy of the selling store will take precedent.  If ever in doubt, email us at support@mrwrinkles.com for assistance. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
