Hi Julia, thank you so much for your patience. It looks like your first order was stopped by Spanish customs — this is the first time this has happened with one of our EU shipments. We have now sent a new package by priority courier using a different shipping company, and we hope it will arrive with no problems. We have been using Mr. Wrinkles for a few years now. Our Sphynx is not a fan of the water that comes with bath time so the Waterless Cleanser is life changing.
He gets a full water bath using Soothing Cleanser every 3 months but we use Waterless Cleanser for touch ups about once a month in between.
Our vet has complimented us several times regarding how healthy and well kept his skin is. No comedones, well hydrated, and soft as a peach!
Prior to using Mr. Wrinkles we used a competing pet wash and he would frequently have extremely dry skin, we had to use coconut oil on him several times a week. Since we started using Mr. Wrinkles we haven’t touched the coconut oil once.
Highly recommend their products. We recently tried the toe bean oil for the first time and are equally impressed. A great way to keep his paws soft and supple after a leash adventure outside in the elements.
