How to Use
Skin Cleanser How to Use:
Wet your hands and your cat. Start with 3–4 pumps and rub between wet hands to form a light, creamy wash — low suds are normal. Gently wash skin, adding a few more pumps as needed. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. For best results, use with soft exfoliating gloves or a soft cloth.
Skin Elixir Moisturizer How to Use:
Apply 1–2 pumps to your hands and gently massage into your cat's skin until fully absorbed. A light tackiness is normal and will quickly dry down to a soft, powder finish.
Rinse-Free Cleansing Foam How to Use:
Pump foam onto a warm, damp cloth and gently wipe your cat's skin to lift away excess oil, dirt, and buildup. No rinsing needed.
Toe Bean Oil How to Use:
Dispense a small amount onto a clean cotton pad and gently wipe paws and nail beds to loosen dirt and condition. Finish with nail trimming.
All products for topical use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

I’ve had 4 Sphynx cats, and the one I have now has the worst toe jam and he hates it being scraped off. I tried this on a whim, and it melted the gunky, black, debris off and the boy didn’t seem to mind at all. Very impressed and looking forward to using it regularly and seeing it the difference it makes for his paws.
They are so soft now! First time using so we will see gow it holds up, but definitely a gentle shampoo. The toe bean oil melted fhe debris off his nails and was easy to wipe away.
I genuinely dislike leaving negative reviews, especially for a product that has clearly had so much thought put into its presentation.
The packaging is excellent. The bottle feels substantial and premium, and the pump dispenses a beautifully light, airy foam that is effortless to apply. I used it on my Devon Rex, and the warm, natural vanilla fragrance is pleasant without being overpowering. It certainly creates the impression of a high-quality product.
Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me.
I followed the instructions precisely, yet I could see no discernible improvement in the cleanliness of my cat's coat or skin. More importantly, I simply couldn't see any practical advantage over using fragrance-free WaterWipes. The end result was virtually identical, yet WaterWipes cost a fraction of the price. For a product marketed as a premium rinse-free cleansing foam, I expected it to leave my cat's coat noticeably cleaner, softer or fresher than a standard wet wipe. It simply didn't.
My cat also appeared to dislike the fragrance. He repeatedly meowed to be let outside, where he spent a considerable amount of time rolling in the grass and on our dusty cement drive. Whether or not he was trying to remove the vanilla scent, it was certainly unusual behaviour immediately after application.
I have no doubt the ingredients are carefully chosen and the branding is exceptionally well executed, but premium packaging and quality ingredients alone cannot justify a premium price. The product itself needs to offer a clear, measurable benefit over far less expensive alternatives, and in my experience it simply failed to do so.
A beautifully marketed product, but one that, for me, offered no discernible advantage over a packet of fragrance-free wet wipes. Sadly, it falls well short of what it promises.

You're right that our packaging and branding matter, but they're honestly secondary to what actually works. We spend most of our time and energy on product quality and formulation, partly because we use these products every day on our own three cats.
Here's what's interesting about your feedback: if water on a cloth works for your cat's skin, that's actually useful information because it tells us his oil and buildup situation may not require targeted cleansing. The Foam is specifically designed for cats with noticeable excess oil, buildup in skin folds, or between-bath maintenance where water alone falls short. If plain warm water does the job, you're right that there's no reason to spend more.
That said, we also know every cat is different. What works for one may not be necessary for another—and that's exactly why we offer our Happy Paws Promise. We're genuinely happy to make this right for customers who aren't satisfied.

We were so excited seeing this available in the UK after hearing good reviews from our friends inthe states.
Our cat was left with over-production of oil due to needed medicated baths last year, and we were looking for a way to help balance out her skin bio-ome to get it back to normal. The cleanser is very gentle but works great for the how specific the needs of the breed is. We bought the cleanser in May, and after only 2 baths (3 weeks apart) + skin elixer, and using the waterless cleanser for spot cleaning, her skin is looking so much better and we are seeing oil spots and dry areas disappearing.
